Returns Policy

You can give notice of cancellation for products ordered on www.dermafaith.com from the date of receiving the ordered goods until 14 days after the day on which you receive your products.

In order to begin the returns process, please contact Derma Faith Customer Service at +1 (512)730-0909 (available Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm) to request a return authorization and return instructions. Any returns received without a return authorization will be unable to be processed. We not provide prepaid shipping labels, and we encourage you to utilize a method of shipment which allows for tracking of the package.

Please note, refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Any returns made after the 14 day period are not eligible for refund. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.

Derma Faith will only accept the return of products originally purchased through the Derma Faith website. Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Derma Faith. Derma Faith reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Derma Faith is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
